We are delighted with the positive response to our sixth-generation control panel, MytxtNation, and have introduced a few updates in the past week to enhance your use of our key tools.
We have now made it easier to request new services from MytxtNation. Simply visit the “All APIs” page for a clearer directory of all our available services and a new request feature, allowing you to select the mobile billing and messaging services of interest, which then gets shared with our business development teams.
An experienced representative, or your account manager if you have been assigned one, will then discuss the next steps to ensure we are all lined up. Our focus is on getting your services up and running, ensuring your compliance, technical and business needs are met.
You can find the “Request Service” button throughout MytxtNation. Click one or more services, or tell us about any bespoke needs not listed, confirm your email address or those of your partners, and submit. It’s the quickest way to tell us what you need directly from our control panel.
Our brand new Control Panel is now being tested by our teams in preparation for our upcoming public beta release. The current version of our Control Panel, version 5, has done a lot of overtime for us, having been our flagship control panel for several years.
It enabled real time statistics, service configuration, simple setup, and account balance details. We’ve listened carefully to our clients’ feedback and it’s clear we needed to bring it up to date.
The next-generation release, essentially the sixth version of our Control Panel but to be launched under the new “My.txtNation” brand, will be the main hub for your txtNation account, providing blisteringly fast account balance data, traffic activity and precise analytics, thoughtfully and beautifully presented, with great search and filtering tools. Available across web and mobile devices.
This is part of our commitment to providing you with the increased accuracy and advanced reporting we couldn’t always deliver with our current software. Our new home at My.txtNation.com will go a long way to improve visibility and we can’t wait to hear what you think.

We are pleased to announce a significant upgrade to our accounting systems. Rolling out this week, clients will benefit from a more robust, responsive account balance page. Accessible in our flagship control panel, the upgrade marks a substantial investment into the software that powers our key financial systems, benefitting all our clients worldwide.
The new account balance includes a clearer heads up on expected payouts and a more reliable running total of actual payouts. Behind the scenes, our accounting systems have been entirely replaced by a leading-edge solution that we have worked hard to customise and integrate. Clients should experience a notably faster and more reliable service through this new software.
This comes in response to client feedback and we have listened carefully, incorporating numerous ideas into our roadmap for excellence.
This week’s release is just the beginning and comes ahead of further improvements to our platform, including our next-generation control panel under the new ‘my.txtnation.com’ branding, which will use the improved accounts systems to provide our clients with best-in-industry statistics and unprecedented clarity into their campaigns.
The upgrade will be rolled out in the coming few days, marking a transition from version 5.1 to 5.2, and you will not need to make any changes to your account settings. Despite extensive testing, this is new software: if you experience any anomalies with the new account balance, please let us know so that we can review it.
